We handle all the inquiries, payments, shipping and any potential returns. All you have to do is sit back, relax and get paid.
  • We save you time, money and headaches! Having a rummage sale might earn you a few bucks, but do you really want  to sit on a chair in your garage for hours? Do you really want to deal with the hassle of coordinating and meeting with a buyer from Craigslist? Listing, managing and successfully selling your items on eBay, Amazon and other sites can be overwhelming and time consuming. Listing fees can add up quickly if your item doesn’t sell right away (every 3 to 7 days on eBay). Without an established, top rated account on eBay and Amazon, your listings get less views and your fees are higher. We have top rated, power seller accounts, the experience and the systems in place to sell your items quickly and effectively.
  • Reach millions of buyers from one place! With us, you don’t have to list your items again and again on different sites like eBay, Amazon and Craigslist. You add your items once and are instantly exposed to millions of potential buyers. eBay and Amazon alone reach 200 million unique visitors every month!
  • You get an all-in-one, simple seller’s dashboard! You will have the ability to quickly add new items, remove items, see how much you’ve earned, pending payments, view a snapshot of your total orders, total sales, recent activity of all of your items and more.
  • We deliver locally! If your item sells through our online store, we offer same day local delivery.
  • No hidden fees! No maintenance fees. No stocking fees.

A-Town Thrift Store Closes Appleton, WI Location

On March 04, 2015, A-Town Thrift Store and Consignment Shop was featured in the The Buzz section of the Appleton Post Crescent, covering the closing of our Appleton, WI location. You can read the full article below:

The Buzz: A-Town Thrift to close, move

A-Town Thrift’s lease was bought out and it will close March 20.

The business opened in August at 706 E. Wisconsin Ave. in Appleton, and since that time its building was sold.

“Kwik Trip is going in next door and they bought out our lease for additional space for their development,” said Shawn Wilde, owner with wife Amy. “We’re probably not closing permanently because we’re looking for another location in Appleton. We’re aiming to reopen somewhere in a couple of months.”

Kwik Trip purchased the former Express Convenience Store location at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Meade Street and is currently remodeling the building.

Wilde said they’ll keep customers informed via Facebook.com/atownthrift.

A-Town Thrift Store Makes The News!

On July 19, 2014, A-Town Thrift Store and Consignment Shop made the news and was featured in the The Buzz section of the Appleton Post Crescent. You can read the full article below:

The Buzz: Pickers-inspired thrift to open in Appleton

Kimberly couple Shawn and Amy Wilde model themselves after the pickers and thrifters they see on TV shows like “American Pickers” and “Storage Wars.”

They scavenge for goods in abandoned storage lockers, on curbs and in garage sales that they resell on eBay and in their own garage sale.

But when the goods exceeded the capacity of their garage, they started looking for a retail location.

Their new store, A-Town Thrift, will open Aug. 1 at 706 E. Wisconsin Ave. in Appleton. That spot formerly housed Pete’s Beverage and Bangkok Oriental Foods, but had been vacant for a year.

“The building was in rough shape. We replaced the rotting ceiling tiles and painted the walls. We’re turning the old coolers into lighted display cases,” said Shawn Wilde.

Because they’ve been quick to pick up whatever people don’t want, from knickknacks and clothing to dressers and antiques, they’ve gotten a lot of things for free. “People say, ‘We’re moving. Take it all.’ One guy gave us 200 ugly Christmas sweaters, ” he said.

“Our prices will be the same as other thrifts or lower.”
